Party Animal

Friday night we had Keith's parents over to celebrate Jonah's birthday.  They gave him this trio block castle.  He was really excited about it.
After presents we had ice cream cones and cupcakes.  After that the kids had fun showing off for them.  They love an audience.
We always let the birthday child stay up late and play with mom and dad.  Jonah decided he wanted to on Friday night so he could put his castle together.  Keith had fun helping him.
He was very happy with the finished product.
We must have hid Jonah's presents last year because he kept telling me he couldn't wait to find his presents in the morning.  Caitlyn hid them all and played hot and cold with him so he could find them.
They always look forward to their favorite breakfast cereal.  If you can call cookie crisp a cereal!  He wanted to share with everyone, so we all enjoyed a nice bowl of cookies for breakfast!
Jonah decided that instead of a friend party this year he wanted to have his boy cousins over for a video game  party.  Mel was nice and took all the girls to her house.  Before the girls left we had ice cream and cake and opened presents.
This was the easiest party ever.  We put out a some chips and treats and the boys ate and played video games all afternoon.  Jonah was in heaven.  After a while they were ready to go outside and play.  Jonah loved playing kickball with them.  I think Jonah had a great birthday!
