Swimming

We have been wanting to go swimming since December and we finally made it.  It seems like every time we planned to go someone would end up sick.  The kids were so excited to finally go.

This was Hallee's first time swimming. 

She loved it!  All of our babies have liked swimming, but I think Hallee gets the prize for the most excited about it.  She was just kicking and splashing and having a great time. 

I couldn't get her to look at the camera because she wouldn't take her eyes off the water. 

She was in the water for almost two hours and didn't get whiny until the end.  She was even a great sport about getting splashed.

She had fun laying in my legs for a while.  Usually our babies will be cold after an hour or so, but she didn't seem to get cold.  It was so fun to see her so excited about the water.

Keith loved playing with her.  He watched her and Wyatt so I could take Caitlyn and Jonah over to the deep pool to practice swimming.  I have to make sure they are ready to swim this summer!  They did great.  They are great swimmers.  All of our kids love the water.  Swimming is one of our favorite family activities. 

Wyatt had a great time on the duck slide.  He had to talk to every kid that came near it.  I think he was telling them the rules and when they could go.

Jonah insisted on wearing this swim shirt with his swim suit.  He didn't care that it didn't match.  Whatever makes them happy!  Caitlyn and Jonah had fun going down the water slide and jumping off the side of the pool.  I think we are all going to sleep good tonight!

Wyatt was so cute playing with Hallee.  He loves to tickle her.  When I ask him to do things I usually get this response, "No mom, I got to talk to Hal."  I love that he calls her Hal now.  We can't wait to go swimming again!
