Lady Gaga gets her dresses at the raw meet store

I was pretty shocked when I heard Hallee say, "I don't like Lady Gaga.  She wears raw meat dresses.  She gets her dresses at the raw meet store in Provo."  Someone at school told Jonah that about Lady Gaga and of course he had to pass it along to us and Hallee picked up on it.
We found this dress/night gown on clearance last week.  I'm a sucker for dress up for Hallee because she loves it so much.
I went over to Tiff's on Thursday and I had fun playing with the kids.  I was holding Damon when Paul got home and every time Paul talked to him Damon would lay his head on my shoulder.  It was so sweet, I loved it! He is so adorable, I can't stand it!
Jonah finished up his basketball season.  After their last practice on Thursday his coach took the team out for ice cream.  He gave all of the boys an award.  He gave Jonah the "hot shot" award.  He said Jonah has a great shot and he always knows when to take the shot and when to pass.   His coach stopped me to tell me what a great kid Jonah is.  He told me that Jonah is wonderful because he is coach-able, that made my day.  He said Jonah always listens to what he tells him and applies it in the game.  His coach told me that I have to keep Jonah in sports because he is athletic and coach-able, every coaches dream.  I'm sure proud of this boy!
Yesterday we "finally" got Jonah a basketball hoop.  It took us over four hours to put it together.  Our driveway is slanted so we weren't sure where to put the hoop.  We put it at the bottom of the driveway in the RV parking, it leans back, but it was the best spot we could find.
This week has been so great, it finally warmed up and the sun was out!  I knew I had the winter blues, but I didn't realize how bad until we were able to play outside this week.  The kids played outside all day yesterday while Keith and I worked on the basketball hoop.  Caitlyn and Jonah had a blast riding their bikes around the neighborhood.  Getting out and playing in our yard helped me feel more at home.   We love our yard!
We have already had a lot of fun with our new hoop!
I cut the boys hair last night.  They both wanted Gordon Hayward haircuts.   We sure have some handsome boys.

You do have handsome boys! That's great that you were able to get a basketball standard and I'm sure that will keep the boys busy and happy!
