Wyatt's last day of school was last Thursday. I decided to take the little two swimming during the day. We need to do this more often, the pool was empty and we had so much fun.
The kids wanted to join a water aerobics class. It was so cute to watch them following the teacher. We had so much fun. Wyatt and Hallee both told me it was the best day ever because they had a Christmas party at school and they got to go swimming!
We had coupons for free slurpees so we got those after swimming. Luckily the weather wasn't freezing that day.
Keith took the older kids to see Star Wars on Saturday. They were all so excited to see it. I stayed home with Hallee and Wyatt and we watched a Christmas movie.
Later Keith and I went to a movie. It is very rare that there is a movie that I want to see in the theater, but I really wanted to see "Collateral Beauty." It was so good! It was nice to have a date night.
I didn't plan a lot this week because we are heading to Arizona next week so I need to get ready and finish up a few Christmas things. On Tuesday we needed to get out so I took the kids swimming. We had a lot of fun. The boys had fun playing tackle football in the pool. I was proud of Wyatt for being tough, I was worried Jonah would hurt him, but he held his own. Hallee and I played in the wave pool. Caitlyn went and asked people if she could join their volleyball game. I love that she isn't afraid to talk to people she doesn't know. I also love that she isn't afraid to try new things. She hasn't played volleyball, but she got right in there and had a great time. She was proud of herself for improving and hitting the ball and so was I.
