The fly is in my eye, never mind it's just a googie

Hallee hates when we have flies in the house.  There was one flying around during breakfast this morning and Hallee yelled, "the fly is in my eye, never mind it's just a googie."  She always makes me laugh.
Hallee loves school.  Every day when I drop her off she will turn around at least once, usually a couple of times and wave at me with a big, open mouth smile. I love it.
We love Mrs. Cox.  She is an amazing teacher.  She sent us this e-mail.
Hi Hallee's family,
I'm not sure what you're doing to raise such awesome children, but keep up the good work!  I just wanted to tell you I had such a wonderful day with your sweet Hallee! Every time I looked around, she was busy being kind, listening, working hard or helping clean up!  She is a delight and I'm so glad she's in our class!
Thanks,
Karen Cox
I'm so grateful that Hallee has such a wonderful teacher and that she is having such a great experience at school.
Here is Jonah and his friends after football.
We went to Lagoon on Monday.  It wasn't crowded.  It is so nice when we don't have to wait in long lines.  It was crazy hot though.
It is nice that there are so many rides we can all go on together.
We were able to ride all of the rides in a few hours so we left early and went to my mom's for a barbecue.  The kids all voted to go to grandmas!
On Tuesday Hallee and I invited Tessa to go to see Leap with us.  Hallee loved the movie and really wanted to take Tessa. It is a cute movie, so I was happy to see it again.
The girls wanted their picture taken by the water!  It was so fun to spend the afternoon with these cute girls.  I love listening to them talk, they are both hilarious.
We invited grandma to come along too.  I'm so glad she came.  The girls loved having her there and so did I.
Wyatt had a great football game yesterday.  He has been working really hard on his footwork and being able to dodge people while he is running.  He was really happy yesterday when that hard work paid off and he was able to use his fancy footwork to run down half the field for a touch down!  He immediately looked over to make sure Keith and I saw, I love seeing his big smile when he is proud of himself.  We loved cheering him on yesterday!
They were selling school shirts to raise money so I told the kids I would buy them one.  Jonah didn't want one, but Hallee and Wyatt are sure excited about their new shirts.  Friday is school pride day so they couldn't wait to wear them today.  Cute kids!

I'm so impressed with Hallee's teacher and Hallee's behavior in school that warranted such a glowing e mail! Great pictures and blog!
