See you in two

After the beach we went to dinner at Pig N Pancake.  It was so good!
We didn't make it to the shops at Seaside since we spent so much time at the beach and sight seeing, but the kids wouldn't let us get out without stopping at the candy store.  I told all of the kids we would buy them one thing.  The boys all picked a candy toilet.  There were two suckers that were plungers, they sure got a kick out of it.
Sunday morning was Caleb's farewell.  He gave a wonderful talk.  He is going to make a great missionary.  He has worked hard and prepared himself and he is ready.  I have always been impressed with his testimony and how he is always studying the scriptures.
I was glad we could be there to support Caleb.  I sure love him!
These three sure look alike.
After church we got to be in there while the Stake President set Caleb apart as a missionary, that was really cool.
After church we hung out at Gary and Julie's and visited all afternoon.
All of these kids are sure going to miss Caleb.
Caleb's flight left very early the next morning and we were planning on leaving early as well so we celebrated New Years at 6:00 PM.  The kids loved jumping into the new year.  After that we said our goodbyes and went back to our place.  It was a quick trip, but I am sure glad we went.  It was great to spend time with family and give Caleb one last hug before he leaves for two years!
