Conference Weekend

I love General Conference, the older I get the more I love it! We bought some activity books and craft stuff for the kids to do during the sessions.  Hallee loved making things with the pipe cleaners and beads. 

Alexys stayed with us for the weekend.  It was a bit of a traumatic weekend. Dante went into a residential treatment facility and looking back on the week now, I can see Heavenly Father's hand in it, but it was pretty scary and uncertain for a week. Last Friday he finally made it to Provo Canyon and I think it will be just what he needs.  I hope he will take advantage of the help he is being given. We are all fasting and praying for all of them. 

The boys had fun jumping on the trampoline on Saturday.  They loved taking off their shirts and jumping in the rain.

I love to see my kids having fun together.

Jonah is so proud of his "six-pack."  Wyatt said, "I have a zero pack!"  Ha!

Saturday evening my parents came down and the men went to Priesthood session together.  It makes me so happy to see Jonah with so many great men.

We stayed at Tiff's while the men went to priesthood.  The kids loved playing together and eating treats!

Caitlyn and Alexys were thrilled when Tiff said they could sit in their hot tub.  They sat out there all night and had a blast!

On Sunday we enjoyed the beautiful weather in-between sessions. Caitlyn was excited to ride her scooter around.  She is sure Jackson loves to go on rides with her, I'm not so sure!

Caitlyn let everyone have turns on her scooter and Hallee enjoyed driving the jeep around.

Jonah raced Alexys around the block.  He is fast!

After that we went to pick up Kyle for the afternoon session. I let Alexys drive over there.  She did a great job.  Caitlyn and Jonah were begging to go over to the church parking lot so they could drive.  I gave in and we had fun letting them drive in the safety of a parking lot.  We all laughed a lot! 

After conference the kids went back outside.  I love watching Kyle play with my kids.

Jonah, Wyatt and Kyle had a football game.  I'm not sure why my boys think they need to take their shirt off every time they go outside.

My mom came over for dinner and to pick Alexys up.  Kyle brought over a new game and taught them how to play while I made dinner.  After that we played some more games before everyone went home.  We love spending time with family!
