Caitlyn's friend asked her what kind of car we got and she said, "A Toyota Chevy." Ha! Her friend had to tell her that those are two different cars!
We have been casually looking for a car that will be for the kids to drive. There are pros and cons to being the oldest, but this time it pays off for Caitlyn. She will get the car to herself for a year and a half. Thursday night I saw this car at a small dealership nearby and it seemed like a really good deal so we made arrangements to see it on Friday. Caitlyn and I met Keith on his test drive so we could check it out too. It is in really good condition and only has 51,000 miles on it. We decided we better move fast because this was nicer than anything we had seen in our price range. Caitlyn was so excited she could hardly stand it. She loved the car and was so excited when we decided to get it.
She has been loving driving the car this week and when we don't need to go anywhere she sits in the car in the driveway. Her and Wyatt watched a show one night in the car. Caitlyn named the car Jenevieve. She said she wanted to name it that because it reminds her of Jen's red car. I love it! Caitlyn passed her driving test this week so she is all set to get her license on her birthday. She made an appointment for right after school on her birthday.
Jonah had a Valentine this year. I was a bit confused by the whole thing, but I think the girl asked Jonah and he said no because he didn't know her and then later he asked her. It is so different to try and get information from Jonah than Caitlyn. I have to ask lots of questions with Jonah and I still don't get much information, Caitlyn tells me everything! Jonah got her all of her favorite candy and she got him a gift card, socks and candy. He gave me the Fizz gift card, which was nice, especially since we bought all of the candy for her!
Lori and Elena bought all the dogs matching pajamas. Jackson looks so cute in his and he seems to like wearing them.
Rockwell had Wyatt and Boston over to celebrate his birthday.
Tiff had a fun Minecraft party for them. They loved the treasure hunt.
Hallee, Tessa and Kenzie had fun playing just dance during the party. Hallee really knows how to move those hips!
Hallee and Wyatt played real Minecraft and had fun creating around the house. I love when they play together.
We went to the Beck's a couple of weekends ago and we stopped at the aquarium before on our way. We finally saw the sloth! You can't see it well in this picture, but Hallee was so excited to finally see the sloth.
He blended in with his environment, so it was hard to get a good picture. We had fun watching the sloth for a while. He didn't do much, but it was fun to finally see him.
Wyatt is looking so grown up lately. I keep doing a double take when I see him! He sure is handsome.
We all went to visit Garth, it's been a long time since me and the kids have seen him. He's been nervous about the virus so Keith has gone to visit him alone.
These two love to match! They are looking so grown up.
Tanner and his family came into town for a few days. These boys sure look different than the last time they saw each other!

Such a great blog and pictures! I love the title and what Caitlyn said the car was! It looks good and I loved what she named it and why. She's so good that way! That's fun that she'll just sit in it. I loved the picture of Tessa and Hallee and yes Hallee does know how to shake those hips and the one of Wyatt who is definitely good looking. I don't blame the girl for wanting to give Jonah a valentine.
The sloth exists?! Haha! I need a ride in Jenevieve.
