Caitlyn went to the Halloween dance last weekend. Her friend Kiersten talked her into asking her dates friend.
Each couple did their own costumes. Caitlyn and Ben decided to be the characters from Monsters Inc.
Kiersten's mom took some pictures of them before they went to the dance.
The dance was on Friday. They get out of school early on Fridays so they had extra time for a day date before the dance.
They went to a church and played laser tag. Caitlyn said it was a lot of fun and she was excited because it didn't cost any money!
After that they went and got dinner and then came home to get into their costumes.
Caitlyn went with her group of friends from the tennis team.

After they changed they went to the football game and then went to the dance. Caitlyn said the day date was really fun, but the dance was pretty awkward. She said overall it was really fun and she's glad she went.
