I love Provo Canyon. I enjoyed walking up there the other day. I went in the morning to beat the heat, it is still so hot!
I love watching and listening to the rushing water.
I love that most of the trail is shaded.
Hallee and I went up to the canyon last Friday after we dropped Wyatt off at break dancing. I love that Hallee always wants me to take her pictures. She is so cute!
We weren't in a hurry so we took our time and stopped and looked at everything.
We both got in the water to walk around and cool off and right when I stepped in my flip flop broke.
Hallee climbed around for a while and I just watched and wondered how I was going to get back to the car with a broken flip flop.
I used a pony tail holder to connect the flip flop and I was able to get to the car without too much trouble. We weren't able do as much as we wanted to in the canyon because of my broken flip flop, but we still had fun and I'm glad we got out. The canyon is good for our mental health!

I'm glad you could get to the canyon and yes it is still hot! That's great that Hallee went with you and I'm glad she likes to have her picture taken cause she is so cute! It's too bad that you broke your flip flop but glad you figured out how to hold it together!
