Jonah is so good at enjoying life and going all in to make things fun. His flag football team made it to the championships and they all decided to dress up and walk on the field like the professionals do. They made slow motion video's and they are amazing. Here is a still shot I took from Jonah's entrance video.
They named themselves the Provo Pterodactyls and made an Instagram account with updates and game times. Erin snapped this picture of their friends who came to support them before the game, a lot more came through out the game.
They are so funny. Oliver was their head coach and he was walking up and down the field with a headset on. The headset wasn't connected to anything, ha! Jonah's team pulled off the win. It was a really fun game to watch.
As soon as the game ended I heard someone yell, "rush the field!" It makes me happy to watch Jonah have so much fun with his friends. The night before Jonah and his friends won the talent show at the High School for their all male dance company routine. I'm really sad I missed that.
It was a good boost for Jonah. The week before he had basketball try outs and he didn't make the team. That was really hard on him and hard on my mom heart. I'm so proud of him for trying out. I think he has regretted not trying out last year. It's a scary thing to do and I'm proud of him for doing it!
I had to snap a close up of him when he got home for the game. He had a lot to bring home since he went in his nice clothes!
That night Jonah went to the cheerleader formal. He looks so grown up and handsome. He didn't know the girl who took him very well, but he said it was a lot of fun. I love watching Jonah live his best life and enjoy High School so much.

Jonah is a good looking young man especially dressed up! That's funny that the boys wore nice clothes to walk on the field for their championship game and I'm glad they won!
I still laugh about them dressing up for their game and their coach wearing a head set. So funny!
