4th of July

We were excited that Matt and Lori came into town on the 4th of July! We all went to mom and dad's for a barbecue. 

We also celebrated the July birthdays. 

Hallee was very excited for her new jewelry making kits. 

Wyatt loved his new Lego set.  He put it together first thing the next morning.

We gave dad his Father's Day gift form all the kids.  I think he will enjoy it!

I love seeing the cousins laugh together.

I'm glad all the July birthdays could be there.

I love that Tessa wanted to jump in all of the pictures.

Every year seems to pass quicker than the last.

Caitlyn loved hanging out with Amarie and Elena.

The boys were excited that grandma and grandpa bought some fireworks.

My boys were happy to light the fireworks. 

It was fun to visit with everyone and watch the fireworks.

Grandpa had a new plant by the driveway so Hallee and Caitlyn took turns guarding it so no one would step on it.  I wouldn't mess with these girls!

Hallee wasn't so sure about the sparklers.  She thought they looked pretty scary.  

She finally decided to give it a try, but I don't think she is a fan.  

The pop-its were more Hallee's speed.  It was a great 4th of July. I'm so glad we got to spend it with family.  I was glad I felt good enough to go over there.  I was still tired and sore, but I was fine since we just sat around and visited.  We got to watch firework shows from all over the valley on our drive home.
