The Zoo

Keith had Friday off so we decided to take Hallee to the zoo. It was a $5 day and the weather was nice, so it was a great day to go. 

Everyone else thought it was a great day to go to the zoo too, so it was really crowded.  Being outdoors make crowds feel more manageable. 

I will always think of Tiff when I see Zebras.  

Hallee loved watching the monkeys.  They were very active and climbing and swinging from the ropes.

The gorillas were fun to watch too.

Hallee loved the meerkats. 

We loved watching the otters swim.

The trainers were feeding the sea lions so we got to see them do tricks, it was fun to watch.

The tigers were just laying around. 

Hallee was hoping to see the sloth, we only saw his leg since he was sleeping.

I loved watching Keith and Hallee talk about all of the animals.  Keith knows a lot about animals and loves when the kids want to learn. 

It was a fun day with our girl!
