I love what Hallee does with her hands while she sleeps. When she is really tired she leaves her hands up in funny positions.
It always makes me laugh. I remember feeling those hands move around in my stomach.
I was so tired at the beginning of the week. Being up early to get Caitlyn off to school after being up a lot with Hallee is rough. Hallee didn't seem to be getting any better with sleeping and she was so fussy at night. I was getting over exhausted and frustrated. Sometimes in the morning I will put her on Keith's pillow next to me and she falls back asleep so I decided to try putting Hallee in her crib with a pillow. Both of my boys needed pillows to sleep on in their cribs. It was a little hard for me to put her in her room instead of right next to me in the bassinet, but it worked. She has been sleeping better. She has slept over five hours a few times. I'm feeling so much better with the extra sleep.
I think she is too because she has been smiling and cooing a lot lately. Amazing what a little sleep does. She also hasn't been as fussy at night. It has been great.
We love this girl so much. I love holding her and rocking her to sleep. We also found out that her hips are okay. Because she was breech and because Caitlyn had hip dysplasia she was at a greater risk for it, but we had her ultrasound this week and everything looks good. That is a huge relief.
We also realized this week that Wyatt knows quite a few of his letters. He has been pointing to letters and telling me what they are. He had fun telling us the letters on Keith's shirt. My little boy is growing up.
