After the fitness center we decided to head downtown to see the lights. We aren't really spur of the moment people, but it just worked out that night. The temperature was supposed to drop a lot the next day so we figured we should fit it in before it was too cold.
The kids all loved the lights. I think Wyatt has been a little bored this week since we were so busy last week. We went to Tiff's on Tuesday and he had a lot of fun playing with Rockwell. When it was time to go he said, "That's okay if Hallee stays here." Funny kid!
I didn't buckle Hallee in and she ended up sliding down. I thought she was just whining because she doesn't like the stroller until I looked at her. Whoops!
She was much happier when we let her get out and walk. It was pretty crowded so she kept getting in people's way, but they were all nice about it. Who could be mad at this little cutie?
The kids all loved looking at the water. We kept Jonah away from the reflecting pond because he kept talking about the last time he fell in and how funny it was. I was afraid he was going to reenact it for us.
It was a little cold, but it really wasn't that bad. Jonah was so excited when we let him sit in the stroller and warm up for a minute.
Of course Caitlyn had to have a turn after him.
It was a great night. It was fun to get out as a family before the bitter, cold weather hit.
