Wyatt asked me why Hallee still talks like a baby when she is a toddler now. He is so funny. He is very concerned about facts and how things should be. A few weeks ago we went swimming with the Becks. Emilee had free passes to a swimming pool and shared them with us.
It was one of those cool August days that we had a lot of this summer so the water wasn't very warm.
The kids didn't seem to mind. They loved jumping off the diving boards and going down the water slide.
It was fun to squeeze in one more day of swimming before summer vacation ended.

The kids made a club house behind our shed. I let them eat lunch out there one day.
Unfortunately it wasn't the safest place for them to play so we had to take it down.
Caitlyn and Jonah were excited for their rocket launch last Friday. Each class gets to launch a rocket to start off the school year.
Hallee was a handful during Wyatt's first swimming lesson. I'm sure it was torture for her to sit by the pool, but not be able to go in. Luckily the last two times have been much better.
Caitlyn was so excited to go on a grandma date today. She has been dying for some alone time with grandma. It worked out so I could take Alexys and Dante today while they are out having fun. I'm so glad my kids have a grandma that loves them so much!
