We have been having fun during the day while the older kids are at school. Things are a lot more quiet around the house when you cut the number of kids at home in half.
Last week Wyatt had an open house for pre-school. He was so excited. He walked in and talked to his teacher and then sat down and drew an ice cream cone!
Hallee was so excited to stay at grandma's house during the pre-school open house.
I don't know how they did it, but in the two hours that we were gone they made fruit loop necklaces, made cats out of toilet paper rolls, read a book, went for a walk around the block, played hide-and-seek and picked the garden. Hallee loved every minute of it.
Wyatt and Hallee had fun playing together later that day. They packed up and said they were leaving for the cabins.
Yesterday we had to get new tires on the van. While I was talking to the guy at Discount Tire, Hallee and Wyatt were hysterically laughing while looking through their magazines. It was so cute.
During Hallee's nap yesterday Wyatt decided he wanted to be a baker and make me all sorts of pretend food. We have also had fun playing outside and going to play lands. I really am grateful that I get to stay home with my kids all day, even if they whine and fight most of the day!
