I was excited to see that we could go to a Real game for free last week with our passes. I went down to the box office right when they opened to make sure that we would get tickets. We have been to two soccer games and they were both packed. We were surprised when we didn't have to pay for parking and the stadium was almost empty. It turns out that it is a minor league team, the Real Monarchs. We didn't care, we had a great time. Caitlyn and Hallee wanted to stay home so we just took the boys.
We invited EJ to come along with us. I love EJ, it was so fun to talk to him and hear the funny things he says. My boys think he is so cool!
Wyatt took advantage of the empty stadium by playing musical chairs. He thought it was so funny.
We were on the third row. It was nice to be so close. We could hear all of the players talking to each other. It was a good game, Real won 2-0.
EJ and Jonah had fun watching the game while Wyatt found different ways to entertain himself.
After the game the players came by and gave high fives and signed autographs. Jonah ran down there even though we didn't know any of the players names! It was a lot of fun. I know people think soccer is boring, but I love watching soccer games.
