Jonah said family prayer on the night of his birthday. He blessed everyone for "celebrating and attending him." Funny kid!
Keith took the day off for Jonah's birthday so Jonah opened his presents that morning.
He was really excited with his Super Smash Bros game. We also gave him two Jazz tickets for Mondays game. He is excited for that!
We always get the kids their favorite cereal for their birthday. Jonah wanted oatmeal squares.
Keith and Wyatt went to school and ate lunch with Jonah. Jonah had fun at school and said everyone made a fuss over him, which he loved!
We picked the kids up from school and went straight to Chuck-a-rama for dinner. Jonah loves to eat there. It is funny that he loves it so much because he pretty much only ate a roll, Jell-O, salad and some treats. After that we went to Keith's parents for a while. I'm so mad I forgot to take a picture! They gave Jonah some money for his birthday.
Jonah was dying to spend all of his birthday money so we stopped by Toys-R-Us. He bought some Pokémon cards. It kills me to watch him spend all of his money on those cards, but that is what he loves.
After that we came home to play Jonah's new game. They all loved it and had fun playing together.
I had fun watching them laugh and play together. That night Jonah got to stay up with Keith and I. We talked for a while and then we watched "Here comes the Boom." We all love that movie! Jonah didn't want to go to bed because he said, "then I have to wait a whole year for my next birthday." I'm glad he had such a great birthday.
