Fun in the snow

The kids had a blast playing in the snow.  Jonah loved when someone would have a snowball fight with him.

Caitlyn and Kiara had a blast together.  Caitlyn, Jonah and Kiara had fun exploring together.  Jonah said they played a game where they pretended they were lost and they had to rescue each other.  They must have had fun because they were out playing it for over an hour.

Tiff and I were playing with the kids and taking pictures when I sunk right into the snow.  The snow was up to the top of my thigh.  I'm glad Tiff was there to take a picture because it was pretty funny.

I was able to get out pretty easily and then my other leg went right through the snow.  I think I did that four or five times before I got back to the bottom of the hill.  It gave Tiff and I a good laugh.

I loved the view we had from our cabin.  The older I get the more I love being out in nature.  It seems to suck the stress right out of me!

Hallee and Tessa had fun throwing snowballs at Jonah.  Jonah loves to make the girls laugh.

The weather was perfect while we were there.

The kids all loved the porch swings in front of the cabins.

Katie made a wonderful dinner for us on Saturday and we all hung out in their cabin that night.  Eventually everyone went to bed except for me, Katie and Tiff.  We had fun visiting until Katie started falling asleep!  On Sunday the kids played while we got things packed up and ready to go.  I loved getting out and having fun together as a family, sharing it with my best friends was the icing on the cake! I love that all of our kids have so much fun together. We were all sad to leave.  It was a perfect weekend!
