If I yawn, that means I want to go on a ride

We went to Lagoon again on Saturday.  The boys didn't have a soccer game because of spring break so we figured we might as well go again.  Hallee is so funny, she always tells me what things mean.  While we were standing in line for a ride she told me that if she yawned that meant she wanted to go on a ride and then she yawned and said, "see I want to go on a ride."

Before we went Jonah told me that he was going to ride Wicked.  When we got there all of the lines were short so we went right over to Wicked.  We got right on and he didn't seem too nervous.  By the middle of the ride he was yelling, "this ride is awesome!"  We went on it a couple of times.  He said I embarrassed him because I scream so loud.  I told him that I would be happy to leave him home next time so I didn't embarrass him and then he decided I wasn't too embarrassing. 

Caitlyn decided that she wanted to ride the colossus after she rode the roller coaster at the fun center.  I was surprised that she just walked right on and didn't seem very nervous.  She hugged me during the ride, but she was so brave.  She loved it and went on it a few more times.  Caitlyn and Jonah were both so excited that they rode big rides and asked to go off together.   Caitlyn rode the wild mouse and jet star with Jonah and later she rode the spider with Keith.  I'm still in shock, I'm so glad she overcame her fear and tried the rides.

We took Hallee and Wyatt on the train while the big kids were off riding rides.  They were both so excited to ride the train.  They love seeing all of the animals.

Hallee started growling when she saw the Lions. It was so fun to see their excitement.

Wyatt and Hallee had fun going on the cars together.

Jonah and Wyatt had fun on the jeeps.  I was nervous because they turn the corner pretty fast, but luckily Wyatt liked it.

Hallee wanted to try the whales.  They go faster than she likes and she was nervous about it in line, but I talked her into trying them.  The first time she rode she started screaming and was crying every time she passed me.   I'm a mean mom and laughed and took a video, it was pretty funny.  At some point during the ride she decided that it was her favorite ride and went on it over and over.  Every time she passed us she would raise her eyebrows and make her eyes really big and wave.  She loves when everyone watches her!

Caitlyn really wanted to go on rattle snake rapids.  Hallee and Wyatt did not want to go, but we made them.  It was warm on Saturday, but it was freezing when the water hit you. I tried to take the brunt of the water because I knew Hallee and Wyatt wouldn't want to get wet.

They cried through most of the ride, it was sad and a little funny.

Hallee kept screaming, "I'm never riding this ride again."  I wish they weren't scared of everything, but what can you do.  I told them they just had to try it once and I doubt we will be able to get them back on it!  We had another fun day at Lagoon.  It is so great to have the passes and know we can come back.  Most of us were tired by 5:00 PM so we headed home.  It was great to spend some time with Keith because we didn't see him much last week.
