Jonah lives to play with his friends. He has had a good group of friends since we moved here, but within the last few months they are all together most of the day and into the night almost every day. I'm glad there are so many boys that he gets along with so well. It is nice because they all like sports so they are usually doing somethings active. The other day they decided to make their own jerseys for their basketball game.
The boys go from house to house. I found it works best to just give Jonah a time to be home because they move around so much. Jonah is great about getting his jobs, homework and piano practicing done because he knows he can't play with friends until he is finished. I'm very glad that Jonah has so many great friends in the neighborhood.
The boys are always great to let Wyatt play too. He wanted in on the basketball game!
Wyatt wanted to help me mow the lawn. He loves to feel like a big kid.
We walked up to Bridal Veil Falls for Young Women's last week. It is nice that we only have five beehives so we could all ride in one van. The girls had a great time talking and laughing on the way there and back.
All of the girls were climbing up the rocks and Maddie couldn't keep up. In true Caitlyn fashion she went down, put her arm around Maddie and helped her up the rocks. Caitlyn sure does a great job of making sure everyone is included.
This was one of my favorite activities, it was so relaxed and laid back and I got a chance to visit with each one of the girls.
I'm getting a little panicked that school is almost over. I starting to feel really sad that Hallee will be in school all day next year. I will miss my afternoons with this cute girl. We had fun trying out a different part of the river trail the other day. We won't take that way again because there was hardly any shade. Hallee does not like the heat, but she was a trooper and didn't even complain, it helps that I packed her a bag of graham crackers.
Hallee looked so cute for school the other day. If she wakes up really early and we are all still in bed she will come ask me if she can watch a show on our phone. Before she leaves our room she will pull my covers up on me and kiss my cheek and say "I love you mom." I wish I could freeze time on her right now. She is at a great age. She does and says the funniest things!
Last weekend we got the group together at Audrey and Jason's house for games and the Jazz game. It was really fun. We are loving watching the Jazz in the play offs. They are doing so well! It brings back great memories of the Jazz's glory days with Stockton and Malone.
