Wyatt had his second grade program a couple of weeks ago. It was so cute. The school does such a great job with their program. The theme was Dream Big.
They did a little movie star twist to it so the kids wore sun glasses and sang a lot of fun songs. They sang,"Can't Stop the Feeling," "I've had the time of my Life," "Happy" and "Eye of the Tiger." They changed the words to some of them. It was so cute!
They were supposed to dance a lot through out the program. Wyatt was not looking forward to it, he does not like to perform, but you wouldn't know it by watching him. He looked like he was enjoying it.
He knew all of the songs and hand movements.
He had a speaking part and did great on that too.
Wyatt hasn't loved school this year. He has had a hard time wanting to go in the morning, but he always comes home happy and I think he enjoys it while he is there.
They had the kids sing the National Anthem. I love hearing kids sing patriotic songs.
Wyatt did not want me to take any pictures of him after the program, so I just snapped away from my seat! I'm proud of Wyatt for doing such a great job, especially since he didn't want to do it!

I'm proud of him too! He looked like he was having a good time and he looked so cute in his sun glasses! I do still want to see the video of it.
