Memorial Day Weekend

We were so excited that Matt and Lori and the kids came into town for Memorial Day weekend.  Jonah texted Lori to see if Cody and Elena could stay over Friday night when they got into town.  He was thrilled when she said yes!  The kids had fun watching a movie that night and laughing and playing together.
On Saturday we met everyone at Jordan Landing and saw Aladdin.  It was so good!  We all loved it.
After that we went to the Pie for an early dinner.
Ron and Diane were in town so we met up with them.
Shelley and Jeff came too.  Jason was there for a little bit and so were Lindsey and Payton.  It was nice to visit with everyone.
After we ate Keith took the kids home.  I went over to my parents and visited with Matt, Lori, mom and Tiff.  It was nice to have so much time to visit.  Dad was in Oregon because Gary was set apart as bishop that weekend.  We missed having him and Kyle around that weekend, but I'm glad they were with Gary and Julie.
On Sunday we went over to mom's for dinner.  I can't believe how much Cody has grown up in the last few months.  He is so tall!  He looks and sounds like a man! Jonah loved having time with Cody.
The kids love playing with cousins at grandma's house.
We went back to mom's for a barbecue on Monday too.
I love spending time with my family.
Monday morning Cody went to EFY.  We drove them over to BYU to drop him off.  We stopped at Cafe Rio for lunch first.
Elena stayed with us for the week.  We loved having her here.  The girls had so much fun together.  The older girls went to grandma's for a sleepover on Wednesday night.  Caitlyn was in cousin heaven! Lori stayed here Thursday night.  I love hanging out with Lori.  I am so blessed in the sister department!  We went to the Provo River Parkway Friday morning to walk.  That night I went with Lori to pick Matt up from the airport.  It was fun to have that extra time with them.  They picked up Cody early Saturday morning and drove home.
