On Saturday Kyle drove up from Oregon so he could start working at BYU again and getting ready for Fall semester. We are excited to have him back. We have missed him! Jacob rode along with Kyle and then stayed with us for a few days before he flew home. Jonah was so excited!
On Saturday we met them at grandma's for a birthday dinner for Dante. It was great to spend the evening visiting.
Jonah and Jacob did lots of fun stuff. On Monday they went to the Provo Rec and swam for most of the day. They were happy to relax and play on their tablets when they got home.
On Tuesday I dropped them off at Hang Time. They jumped for three hours and did air soft for half an hour. Poor Jacob had a headache and felt terrible when I picked them up. Luckily he started feeling better quickly when we got home.
Tuesday night Keith wanted to surprise the boys and take them to see the new Spiderman movie. He told the boys that he needed to help someone move and asked if they would come along. It was so great to hear them both say "sure" and jump right up to go. Keith said they were shocked and so excited when they found out that they were really going to the movies.
I love how Jacob calls him "Uncle Keith."
We all loved having Jacob here. He was so kind, polite, helpful and he is hilarious! He has the best smile and laugh. He set a great tone in our house by being kind to everyone. The kids have been fighting a lot as we approach the end of summer vacation, but the fighting went way down while Jacob was here.
I love spending time with my nieces and nephews. I love watching my kids have so much fun with their cousins. I love being an aunt! Come back soon Jacob!
