Birthday Boy

After we took Rockwell home we came home and played Wyatt's new game.  It is such a fun game.

Wyatt was so excited to open his presents.  Keith came home from work a little early so we let him open his presents before dinner. 

Wyatt really wanted an Alexa for his room.  I tried to convince him that we didn't get him one, but I don't think he believed me.

He loves to have conversations with it and learn new facts, especially world records.

He didn't have many ideas for his birthday so when he played Rush Hour at Tiff's the week before and loved it, I ordered it on Amazon. What did I ever do without Amazon!

I'm always a little surprised what excites the kids.  Wyatt was so excited about his new back pack.

It has even made him a little excited to go back to school.

Wyatt said he would like some exercise equipment.  He really wants a weight bench.  I found this set with an ab roller, push up bars and a jump rope.  He was very happy with that!

We have needed some new scooters for a while.  I ordered this scooter back in April because it was a really good deal and it kept getting back-ordered.  We finally got it a week before Wyatt's birthday.  It made the perfect birthday gift!

After presents we had dinner.  He chose cream cheese chicken.  Wyatt said, "I'm always in the mood for chicken."

 

Wyatt didn't want a cake, but Caitlyn wanted to bake so she made him some cup cakes and decorated them so cute!

Wyatt wanted to light his own candles.  He loves to light candles!

The birthday kid gets to stay up with mom and dad and Wyatt decided he wanted to play racquetball with us.

We had a lot of fun hitting the ball and laughing when we missed it!

Wyatt did great and loved playing.  I think he had a great birthday.  It was great to take a day to celebrate Wyatt.  We love our Wy Guy!
