I think the corona virus is ruining everything

I found this in Hallee's notebook.  She wrote it a while ago, probably about two weeks into quarantine. It broke my heart.  It says, "I'm really sad about missing school and I just started thinking about how fun and how awesome school was and its not just school I'm really sad about its missing dance class and even church and I can't even go out of the house. I think corona virus is ruining everything. Well mom thought we would get bored so she got a pool, fooseball plus air hockey table. it's an awesome table its just not helping me not miss everything.  I just really miss all my friends and cousins and I only get to see them on marco polo and zoom calls and that's about it. And my sisters birthday is coming up and a tradition we do is we always go to my grandmas house for holidays and we cant this time because of the stupid corona virus. And my sister is getter her permit"
"for driving and shes really sad about not seeing her cousins and not having sleepovers with them and for church we have it at home and we only get on facetime which stinks.  And your not even aloud to take your kids to the store with you and I love shopping.  And I just figured out that school is closed till May 1st and it stinks and I have like 2 whole hours of school work its tereible and my dad still has work every day so I still miss him everyday and my moms been buying these oils that helps with exitey(anxiety) and helps calm you down and Ive been using them a lot and so has my mom."
Even though it's really sad to read, I love to get a look into how Hallee is feeling.  Poor kids, this is not easy for them.
Jonah spent the night with Dante during Caitlyn's birthday sleepover.  My mom sent me this picture and I forgot to post it.
Wyatt was sad that he didn't get a sleepover so Jonah had one with him downstairs.  Jonah and Wyatt have had a lot of fun together lately.
I've heard from a few people how nice it is to pick up school lunch at the High School.  Last week we decided to try it.  It was so nice and convenient.  It was nice to have them all eat lunch at the same time, our meal schedules are all out of whack.
One day last week I made all of the kids take a break from school work and go to the parkway.  The outdoor time was so good for all of us.
Hallee always loves throwing rocks in the water.
The boys joined her and they had fun seeing who could make the biggest splash.
Jonah was pushing Caitlyn on the swing and did underdog.
Everyone loves the swing.
The boys wanted to stay on the parkway, but the girls wanted to go to the skate park. I rode over to the skate park with the girls and the boys met us over there.
The kids look older every day, they all keep going through growth spurts.  I love riding my scooter with them.
Jonah, Wyatt and Hallee have been playing in the water on the trampoline.
They did it a few nights in a row and had a great time.
Wyatt wanted to show me that he could climb up on the swing set.  I did have to tell him no when he started climbing up on the roof.  I'm so grateful for our back yard, the kids have been using it a lot lately.

I love the picture of Jonah doing underdog. That’s awesome. Hallee’s writing is so great! I’m so impressed with how she can articulate her feelings.
