We went to visit Garth on Christmas Eve. I think he enjoyed the visit and told us lots of stories and wanted to give the kids advice.
Grandpa and Kelly gave the kids lifesaver books with a roll of quarters in it as well.
We stayed and visited with him for a while and then went straight over to my parents.
Jonah was very happy that Elijah was at grandma's. We missed EJ and Ofa. It was weird to not have them there.
We did all of our usual traditions. Jonah joined the adults for Bingo with Elijah.
We watched the Nativity video and did the grab box.
We loved spending time with the family. We got to visit and the kids played some games.
I was excited to give mom and dad their gift from us and Matt and Lori. I made a photo book with all of the pictures from the 50th anniversary celebration. They loved it.
Caitlyn loves to buy gifts for the people she loves. She always gives grandma and grandpa very thoughtful gifts and they always love them.
I love celebrating Christmas Eve with my family.
