The day after Keith got home was Father's day. We celebrated that and Keith's birthday. He wanted roast and sour cream potatoes for dinner.
After dinner we gave Keith his presents.
Hallee had a hard time waiting to give Keith his birthday present. She did not like that he was gone on his birthday.
Caitlyn painted Keith two pictures. He loves them.
Jonah got Keith his favorite treats.
I picked up oatmeal pies at the store for Wyatt to give Keith and Wyatt opened the box and ate one. He found a fancy box and just dumped the rest in the box so Keith wouldn't notice one was missing. Of course he couldn't help telling the story, so Keith had a good laugh about it.
Hallee painted this picture frame for Keith and put a picture of the two of them in it.
I got Keith a new bug zapper for the deck. It's funny the things we get excited about as adults.
We are so grateful for Keith. The kids all love him and all of their friends think he is hilarious. Keith makes everything fun and always puts his family first. We all know we can count on Keith for whatever we need. I'm so grateful for that love and security in our home.
We ended with a coconut cream pie for dessert. We were all so happy to have Keith home and celebrate him!

I'm so glad that Keith was home for Father's Day even though it was just the day after he returned home. He is a great father and we're so glad that you married him! The pictures all show how much your children love him and their gifts were so thoughtful! I'm sure your kid's friends do think he's funny cause he is and is so giving!
