Summer Fun

Keith kept the kids entertained while I was recovering from my surgery.  He took them to Hang time.
It has been really hot so they were excited to get their energy out in an air conditioned building.
I found a deal online so they got to go for two hours.  They loved it and wanted to stay longer.
Keith took them to see Spiderman one day after work.
Paul had a pool party for his clients.  Keith took Hallee and Wyatt.
The kids were in heaven.  They got to swim and eat snow cones, pizza and soda!
Wyatt loved the flow rider.  He was so excited to show me the video when they got home.
Wyatt and Rockwell had a blast on the flow rider together.
I was sad that I had to miss that. They had a great time. Thanks Tiff and Paul!
Tiff had the kids over to play.  They had a blast!
They had a nest full of baby birds in their backyard.  The kids loved helping Paul make sure they were taken care of.
The kids had fun making towers out of index cards.
Wyatt likes to go to the mall with his friends.  Hallee really wanted to go so I dropped the two of them off one day.  They were so excited.  I didn't realize that they took all of their money and they spent it all! They had the best time though.  It was so fun to hear them laugh and talk about everything they did. They had fun riding the animals around the mall, that took most of their money.  They bought cotton candy and went and saw Cayden (Caitlyn wasn't working) at Chick-fil-A. At first I was stressing about how much money they spent, but they had so much fun together and that makes it worth it.
They bought a game for the Switch while they were at the mall and they have had fun playing that together.
Hallee toasted a bagel for me and left me a cute note.  She is so sweet.
Hallee looked so cute and so grown up in one of Amarie's old dance costumes.
We went to South Fork with Tiff and Katie last week.  The kids had a great time playing while we talked.  It is so nice to talk to other moms who love  you and love your kids.  Raising kids is so hard (and so great) and we need each other!
Katie snapped this picture of Wyatt and Jemma. Cute!
Wyatt is still making all sorts of Lego creations. He made a zip line for his mini figure. He also made a vending machine out of Legos that really worked.  I love seeing his creative juices flowing.
Hallee loved it when Caitlyn had the night off and was home all evening.  They had fun doing face masks, curling hair and watching shows together.
It's been a little over three weeks since my surgery and I'm recovering well.  I saw my doctor on Monday and she said everything looks good and cleared me to go back to normal activity.  She said my body will still be recovering for a while, so listen to my body and take it easy when I need to. I feel like I've turned a corner and I'm starting to feel more like myself again.  I have been so exhausted since the surgery. I couldn't do much without getting really tired.  Yesterday I felt good and I worked from 9AM to 4PM.  I mowed the lawns, weeded, shopped, cleaned the bathrooms, did laundry and got the kids where they needed to be.  It felt so good to have my energy back.  I am a little tired and sore today, so I probably pushed it a little, but it was worth it.  Almost 15,000 steps, no wonder I was tired!

That's adorable that Hallee and Wyatt had so much fun at the mall together. And I love their creativity. They're both so great at using their creativity. We missed you at the pool party!
