Life Lately

We are so excited that EJ and Ofa moved back to Utah.  We went over to mom and dad's to see them and meet Zariyah.  

We all loved holding her and seeing all the cute faces she makes.

She is so adorable!

I loved feeding her and having her fall asleep on me.

Deon used Wyatt's picture to advertise on Instagram.  

Tiff invited Hallee over to play during Wyatt's party.  She loved going to see their neighbors puppies.

She also loved their slip and slide.

Hallee loves to make bracelets.  She has had a lot of fun using all the new sets she got for her birthday.

Last weekend we got to go to a pool party for Thompson Orthodontics. We were glad that the Barth's went too. I was glad I could go this time.  

They had some hula-hooping contests.  I had no idea that Wyatt was such a great hula-hooper. 

He was very slow and steady and it seems like he could go forever.

He won his contest and was thrilled to get a Swig gift card.  He is so sweet and said he wanted to use it to get both of us a drink.  That meant a lot to me because I know how he loves his soda!

They had one last contest for all of the winners.  It was down to Wyatt and the guy in the picture.  Wyatt beat him in the first contest and then he beat Wyatt in the second contest.

They had to have them do different tricks to finally get a winner.  I loved seeing Wyatt go over and give the guy a high five when he beat him.  

When we got home from the pool party we were all hungry.  We decided to go get pizza.  The kids thought it was pretty cool to get pizza and eat it in our room at 11 PM.

On Tuesday Hallee and I went to Salt Lake for the day. First we went to Beck's and she had a blast playing with Kenzee while I caught up with Emilee.  We both wish we saw them more. After we went over to Mel's.  We were excited to see Zariyah again. 

Hallee loved playing with her.  It was fun to visit with Mel and her family.  I'm so glad that EJ and Ofa moved back, I love spending time with them, they are both so fun. After Mel's we went over to mom and dad's to visit them for a bit.  Hallee enjoyed having grandma and grandpa all to herself.  It was a fun day for both of us.

Hallee had her last day of her summer dance class this week.  They put on a little show for the mom's at the end of class.  They learned the whole routine that day and did awesome. I love any chance I get to watch Hallee perform.

She loves having Annie as a teacher.  She is excited to have her again next season.

We finally had our first pool day at Katie's yesterday. It's been so hot this summer and yesterday was cold, go figure! The kids braved the cold and had fun in the pool and the mom's were comfortable sitting outside watching.

I loved visiting with Tiff, Katie, Audrey and Mallory while the kids had fun with their friends.

Jonah has been working hard all summer and is excited that football season has arrived. He has been waking up early all summer to go to practice and has had two-a-day practices the last couple of weeks.  I'm proud of him for sacrificing and working so hard for what he wants. 

Tonight is the green and white game where the team plays against each other. We are excited to go watch and cheer him on.  He is the kicker for the team.  There is another soccer player that is also a kicker, so they will be battling for the starting position. Jonah has kicked so many field goals this summer, his legs are so sore! I hope it's a great season for him and that he has a good experience.
