October Happenings

Hallee had her first choir concert.  She looked so beautiful and grown up.  She loves having choir first period every day.  I'm so grateful that she is enjoying middle school.  

The choir sounded great.

Hallee tired out for a duet and she got it.  She sang with her friend Ava, they sounded great! I loved hearing her sing again, she has a beautiful voice.

I used some hot dog buns we needed to use for garlic bread with spaghetti and Wyatt made a spaghetti sandwich. 

Caitlyn came home for Fall break.  We were happy to have her home.  Unfortunately, she had to spend the whole first night working on Chemistry homework.  Her classes are so hard!

Hallee was so happy to have Caitlyn home! They went to the dollar store, they love to go there.

They got supplies to make these cute paper bag books. They put a lot of cute stuff in there and had fun making them.

They also made charm bracelets. 

I made Caitlyn's favorite dinner. 

Caitlyn wanted to go visit grandma and grandpa.  We went over there on Sunday for a few hours. 

We loaded a game on Caitlyn's IPAD to see if grandma liked it.  Caitlyn loved spending this time with them.

Lindy came over to bake with Hallee. We love when she comes over.

Caitlyn passed her CNA tests and got her certificate while she was home.  I'm so proud of her, she worked so hard for that.

I got these pictures back from Wyatt's breaking camp this summer.

Jonah dyed the bottom of his hair for football playoffs.  Sawyer's mom helped him dye it and then gave him a cut, it looked good.

Our office goes all out for Halloween decorating. Karrie had the idea to decorate our office like "How to Train Your Dragon."  It turned out great.  I avoided decorating as much as I could, but I did some simple things.  I'm so grateful that I enjoy my job. I really enjoying talking to Brie and Karrie.  It's been slow again so we've had time to visit. Karrie is 10-15 years ahead of me in raising kids, so she gives me good advice and can relate to what I'm going through, it's really nice.
