I had to snap a picture of these two. They are just so cute. We had gorgeous weather on Friday and the kids were excited to head to the park that morning. We couldn't stay long because we had to get to Caitlyn's parent-teacher conference. Her teacher had great things to say about her and she is doing awesome in school. Every parent loves to hear that.
We always do something with just our family for the kids birthdays. Usually it is Chuck E Cheese. We headed there on Friday and had a great time.
This picture is quite an accomplishment. Our kids have been so scared of Chuck E Cheese that we have had to almost leave when he came out because they were crying. This time he walked by and both kids hopped up to give him five. I couldn't believe I actually got them to stand next to him. Caitlyn was saying earlier that day that she hoped he wouldn't be there. It was great to see them overcome a fear.
The kids had a great time playing games and riding some rides. Jonah has decided that it is cool to wear his hat backwards now.
Caitlyn is looking so grown up. She had fun earning lots of tickets so she could get some prizes.
Wyatt had fun eating little bites of pizza. I love this picture of him. I look a little funny with him smashing my eye, but I love how cute he looks.
Wyatt had enough fun after a while and took a nap. He will still fall asleep in his car seat if he is really tired.
It was such a nice day that we had to go for a bike ride and play ball after Chuck E Cheese. It was a busy day, but a lot of fun. That night Keith and I were able to go to dinner with some good friends. It was great to get out. I really needed to relax after our busy week. I love my kid's birthdays, but they wear me out!
