Basketball started last week and Jonah couldn't be happier. He has been practicing in the backyard and it really paid off. He has improved a lot since last year.
Here he is making one of his four baskets. After each shot he looks over to make sure we saw it and give us a big smile.
He made friends with this little boy and they had a great time while they were sitting out. Sports are so good for Jonah. They are an outlet for his endless energy, it helps him feel good about himself and build confidence, it helps him listen to and follow directions and he gets to meet new people too. He looks forward to Saturday every week!
