Everyday Kids

We have been spending a lot of time indoors with the cold weather.  I love nights where we don't have anything and we can just be home together.  Wyatt loves to play with the older kids and he loves when dad chases him.  He also loves to have his hands in his mouth.
This is a perfect shot of Jonah.  He is never holding still, he is always moving.  He has been building a lot with Lego's and blocks and that keeps him still for a little while. He loves to rough house with Keith and play spies with Caitlyn.
Wyatt loves to copy Jonah.  He demands to wear his superman pajamas if Jonah is wearing his.  Wyatt also likes to copy me.  The other day I was talking to Jonah (more of a lecture) and I had my arms crossed and Wyatt came over and stood right below me and crossed his arms and then kept looking up at me to make sure he had it right.  That gave me and Jonah a good laugh.
Caitlyn loves to be a big sister.  She loves to explain math to Jonah, play doctor with Wyatt and hold Hallee.  Caitlyn loves to jump rope.  We tied two robe ties together and we spend a lot of time jump roping in our great room.  Caitlyn is really good at it and is learning all of the songs that I knew when I was a kid.  She is shocked when she finds out I know the songs.  Wyatt tries to jump rope and that is hilarious to watch.  Caitlyn always tries to help him.  Caitlyn is doing great in school this year.  Both of her teachers have told me how great she is.  She is experiencing a lot of anxiety lately.  I hate to see her worry so much.  The one good thing is she comes to us with all of her worries and concerns, even though it is a little overwhelming for me at times, I'm grateful that she talks to us about it and hopefully we help a little bit.  I called the school Psychologist and he is meeting with her and trying to help her with coping skills and positive thinking.  This is a problem that runs in the family, so we are hoping that early intervention will help. She is such a wonderful, sweet girl.
Hallee is always happy.  She loves to sit back and watch the kids run around like crazy.
