Don't want to forget

I wish I could video tape Wyatt all day.  He is so funny and I can't imagine forgetting all of the cute things he does, but I know it will happen.  He loves the kid's mp3 players.  He sneaks in their rooms and takes them every chance he gets.  The other night he was singing and dancing while he was listening to it.  It was adorable.  He was singing, "never say never."  I recorded it and then he started showing me his dance moves.  I just want to freeze time on Wyatt right now.  Everything he says is so cute.  While he was dancing he dropped the mp3 player and kept saying, "oh no, my p3 player fall."  That sweet little voice of his makes everything he says that much cuter.
He is so excited about snow and Christmas right now.  Any time he sees a Christmas decoration he says, "look mom, Christmas."  He loves to sing right now.  He sings the alphabet ( I love hearing him try and say L M N O P) and this morning in the car he was singing along with "We Are Young" on the radio.  This morning in his prayers he said, "please bless Caitlyn, Jonah and Wyatt to get some marshmallows."  He is such a fun kid and he loves to laugh and make other people laugh.  He hasn't been taking naps this week and he has actually been happier.  I'm a little sad about him not taking naps, but I love having my happy boy back.  I still have him take naps sometimes, but I guess he is ready to be done.  Today he will be getting one since he woke me up at 4:00 AM and he has not been a happy boy today.
Here is one more cute picture of Wyatt playing with Hallee.  Hallee always looks a little worried when Wyatt plays with her.  He still hasn't quite figured out how to be gentle!  Hallee loves Caitlyn right now.  I have Caitlyn entertain her sometimes and Caitlyn will sing and dance for Hallee and Hallee loves it.  She will smile and laugh.  Caitlyn and Jonah are constantly fighting over Hallee and Wyatt.  They each try to get Wyatt to play with them and last night they were fighting about who Hallee loves more.  I think it might be good that we had four children so it can be even!
Hallee is just as sweet as ever.  She is such a good baby.  She smiles the second anyone talks to her.  She is twisting and turning all over the place and getting close to rolling over.  She is starting to be awake a lot more during the day.  She loves all of the attention that she gets from all of us.
The kids were more than happy to finish off the cake from Keith's party.  For some reason they are so full at dinner that they can't eat another bite, but when it is time for dessert they are hungry again.  Caitlyn is really enjoying Up With Kids.  She is excited and nervous for it every week.  She is in five different clubs at school.  One of them is a fancy club so we have to pick out her clothes carefully to make sure they are fancy.  I love Caitlyn's imagination, she is constantly using it and coming up with fun games to play.  Every thing is a quick obsession for her.  She is crazy about it for two days and then she moves on to something else. She is growing up so fast.  She is such a sweet girl.
Caitlyn and Jonah are best friends or worst enemies.  They have so much fun playing together, but look out when they start fighting.  Jonah is trying to challenge authority right now.  He is constantly asking me questions and then telling me I'm wrong.  He will be a wonderful debater.  Keith calls him our little politician.  He is a sweet talker, but he will argue you to the death on something.  He loves to make up stories right now.  I have to constantly ask him if what he is saying really happened.  A few weeks ago at school he told the kids at his table that his dad was in jail.  What?  I asked him why and he said he loves to tell stories.  He wasn't thrilled when I explained that that might put a damper on the play dates he was hoping to have.  The other day he asked me a question and then answered it.  I asked him why he asks me questions if he knows the answer and he said, "I just love to hear your beautiful voice mom."  He is a charmer.  Jonah just said, "mom I told all of my friends at school that I know everything because I do."  That sums up Jonah pretty well!
It is official, Keith is finished with school!  He turned in his last project last night.  We are both so excited.  I don't think it has sunk in yet.  It will be so wonderful that he can just be home with us after work.  No more homework!!  Merry Christmas to all of us!
