Halloween Costumes

Halloween costumes are a struggle for me, I didn't even like dressing up when I was a kid.  It is fun and much easier when the kids are young, but as they get older it gets really hard.  I found Hallee's costume a year or two ago on clearance and she was excited about being a cowgirl.  Wyatt went back and forth on costumes, but I talked him into EJ's old baseball uniform. Jonah is a boy after my own heart, he just wears his uniform, his is by far the most expensive costume in the picture, but at least he is getting extra use out of it!  Caitlyn wasn't thrilled about the doctor costume she has worn before, but we were rushed so she put that on for the carnival.

Caitlyn got to dress up for school.  She wanted to because she didn't have to dress down for gym if she was in a costume.  Nadia and I helped her put this outfit together on Monday.  She is one cute nerd!

Caitlyn had a great day at school.  I love that she is uninhibited and is always up for anything.

Keith had to dress up for work so he came up with this space cowboy costume.  The kids thought it was cool.  Caitlyn had already left for school when we took this picture.

Here are the kids before they split up for trick-or-treating. 

Wyatt switched to a storm trooper, but he ended up as a football player before he left the house.  Good thing we have plenty of dress up to choose from.
