Today we talked about repentance and after that Hallee turned to Caitlyn and said, "Caitlyn, you really need to say sorry for your sins." Maybe next week we will have a lesson on judgment?!?
After our hike on Friday the girls wanted to come home and get wet. They had a lot of fun with the hose on the trampoline.
I have loved seeing the girls have so much fun together.
Caitlyn begged to put some dish soap on the trampoline. Wyatt doesn't like to get wet, but he wanted to get in on the fun too. The girls had a blast slipping and sliding on the trampoline. Wyatt did for a minute and then he sat with me and watched.
On Saturday we were trying to decide what family activity we could do. Caitlyn wanted to have a water day in the back yard with water balloons. It was not warm enough for it, but she was so excited about it. Keith and I ran some errands and picked up some water balloons while the kids stayed home and started setting things up.
Jonah joined in while he was waiting for his friend to come over. He would chose his friends over us any day! The kids always gang up on Keith.
The boys don't like to get wet very often, but the girls love it.
We had fun throwing the water balloons at each other until they were gone.
Caitlyn and Hallee wanted to put dish soap on the trampoline again. After that we came inside for a movie night. It was nice to have a carefree Saturday.
