I was happy to hear they made a fuss over Keith for his birthday at work. They decorated his office, got him his favorite treats and Daniel took him to lunch.
Keith's birthday was on Sunday this year.
The kids wrote him nice cards and I gave him some shirts and games.
He wanted roast and sour cream potatoes for dinner. It was so yummy!
Keith and I both loved root beer float ice cream when we were kids, so I bought some of that for dessert. We had fun playing the new games that night. I think he had a great birthday.
I helped Jonah get read for EFY that night. While he was packing he tried on some of his clothes that he hadn't worn for a while. We were laughing so hard when he tried on these jeans. When he went upstairs to show everyone Halle said, "why are you wearing girls jeans?"
I booked a baptism appointment for Tuesday night a month or two ago. It is so hard to get the appointments so I was so excited to get one. Unfortunately, it ended up being the week Jonah was at EFY so he couldn't go. Caitlyn invited the Young Women.
Keith went with her and I gave up my spot so more youth could go.
Last week they opened appointments for all of the ordinances at the Provo temple. I was so excited to get some appointments. Yesterday I got to go do initiatory. It was so great to be back. I have missed the temple so much.

I'm so glad they made a big deal out of Keith's birthday at work and it looks like you made it special at home also! That's nice the kids made him cards and that you found root beer float ice cream. The picture of Jonah was so funny! Those jeans did look a little small!
