Beach Time

On Friday we got ready and headed down to the beach in the morning.  We were all anxious to get down there and start playing.

The girls had fun on the boogie boards.  

Cody and Jonah loved riding the waves in the tubes.  They stayed out there for a long time and then wanted to go back to the ocean and do it again after we swam in the pool.

Keith and I had fun playing in the ocean with the kids.

The kids loved playing in the ocean.

They loved that the water was so warm.

Matt took his Go Pro out in the water and got some fun shots of the kids.

Lori brought Maisy down to the beach and she wasn't so sure about the sand so she kept climbing on Wyatt's legs to get off the sand.  Wyatt loved it. 

I was surprised that Wyatt and Hallee only played in the sand once. 

They had more fun collecting shells.  They had a ton of great shells on the beach.

Wyatt was excited to show Jonah some of the cool shells he found.

Jonah was dying to ride on the banana boat. Matt was nice and went with them.

It was fun to watch them.  They got thrown off quite a few times and Lori could hear their screams from up on the balcony. Matt and the boys went again on another day, but the girls decide not to go that time.

Wyatt loved the skim board.  The tide had to be just right for them to ride it.  He would slide it in the water and then jump on.

It was so fun to watch him!

Jonah did the skim board a little.

Hallee tried it once and decided that was enough for her.

After the beach we went back to the pool.  I only took my phone down a couple of days to get pictures and the rest of the time I left it upstairs.  Every day we would go to the beach and then the pool.  I never got tired of it.
