Last Day

Our time at Rocky Point went so fast. 

I took my phone down to the beach again on Monday to get some pictures of our last day. 

Keith had fun playing with the older kids in the ocean.

I loved just watching them play and listening to them scream and laugh when the waves hit them.

Hallee and Wyatt wanted to gather more shells.

You could walk in the wet sand bare foot, but the dry sand would burn your feet.  I about died when I had to run up to the chairs to get my flip flops one day.  After that I learned that I needed to bring my shoes down right next to the water.

I love this picture of Caitlyn.  She loves the ocean like her mama.

We all loved playing in the waves.

The waves seemed to be really big on a couple of different days.

Hallee's face cracks me up in this one.  Apparently, she didn't want to be on the beach, she wanted to be at the pool, but she didn't say that she just got grumpy. We have to remember the grumpy times too!

I finally figured out what she wanted and she smiled for me when I told her we would go up to the pool after the picture.  Kids are funny!

Hallee was much happier when we got up to the pool.  Lori, Hallee, Elena and I watched the others play on the beach from the pool.  

Monday night I enjoyed one more sunset from the balcony. 

We got up early Tuesday morning to drive back to Arizona.  We were worried the border would have long lines because of the holiday weekend.  We had to wait 20-30 minutes in line, but it wasn't too bad.  We drove back to Matt and Lori's and stayed there that night and then Keith and the kids drove home Wednesday and Matt and I headed back to Rocky Point! The older kids watched Pirates of the Caribbean in Mexico so they watched the second one on their last night together. Matt and Lori were so nice to let me and the kids stay for so long.  We have loved this time with them.
