On Saturday we went down to the beach and pool early so we were able to go to an early dinner. There are two places that Matt and Lori like to eat up there. We went to La Curva on Saturday. The food was so good! It was nice to eat out and not worry about cooking and cleaning up.
Wyatt said he wanted the shrimp and vegetables, but he felt bad because they were more expensive than the other dishes. We told him to go for it. He loved it!
Caitlyn got overheated and got a headache a few days so she would go back upstairs and take a nap. Maisy liked to lay on her. Luckily, Caitlyn would feel better after she cooled off and took a nap.
They have people that walk up and down the beach selling things, but they aren't aggressive, which is nice. Keith bought himself a hat and Wyatt wanted one too.
They sure look good in their hats!
On Sunday we stayed in the condo and played games and watched Relative Race. For church we had the four older kids bear their testimony about their EFY experience. It was so fun to hear what was impactful for each of them.
After church we went down to the beach and the pool.
After that we went upstairs and had a potato bar for dinner.
I loved looking at the sunset on the balcony every night.
Sunday was the 4th of July. Rocky Point is an American tourist town so they had a firework show that night. The kids didn't want to go down, so the adults went and watched the fireworks from the pool. The kids watched it from the balcony. They did the fireworks on the beach just below the pool. I was impressed, it was a great firework show. It was so fun to watch them from the pool. It was nice to relax in the pool and visit with Matt and Lori for a while.
It was too hot to really enjoy the balcony, but you could sit out there early in the morning or late at night and it was pleasant.
It sure had a beautiful view.
I wanted to take family pictures on the beach, but it was just too hot and none of us wanted to get dressed and ready for them. A snapshot on the balcony will have to do.
The kids all loved the game room. Keith liked to go down there with them.
Hallee was crazy good at shuffle board.
I love watching my kids play together.
They all loved the ping pong and pool tables. They have tennis courts and a basketball court outside, but it was just too hot for those.

Cute pictures again! I loved the one of Keith and Wyatt with their hats and I liked the one of your family on the deck. I also loved the idea of having the teenagers who went to EFY bear their testimonies about their experiences there. Maybe that would be a good idea at the reunion.
I love the hats. The pic of your whole family on the balcony is so great! The game room looks fun.
