Life Lately

The kids loved having the Barth's over during Jonah's football game.  Hallee and Tessa were excited to show me how quickly they could do this hair do. 

The football team had a dinner for Varsity players and their mom's.  I was anxious about it, but it turned out to be a great night. I had Hallee take a picture of us before we left.

It was a bit awkward at times because we didn't end up sitting by any of Jonah's friends, but it ended up being nice because Jonah and I just talked to each other.  He even gave me the scoop on some of his friends and what is going on at school. 

The dinner was really nice.  The coach got up and talked about how they like to do this because they know how much the moms do to help all the boys and he wants the boys to recognize how much their moms do for them.  I love that! They had all of the team captains get up and talk about their moms, it was really sweet.  They said we could get our photos taken before we left, I was surprised that Jonah wanted to. If my boy wants a picture with me, then I'm all in! It was a great night with Jonah.

Hallee has taken over some of Caitlyn's stuff. She loves this snuggy. 

Hallee loves to make bracelets.  She is always making new ones.

Wyatt had to take care of an egg for his FACs class. He was not excited about carrying it around, but he did have fun decorating it.

Hallee's class had a party. She was excited to wear her pajamas and bring a blanket and stuffed animal to school.

I got to meet Clara.  Ataiya had her baby in August and she is just adorable.  I loved getting to meet her and hold her.  She is just tiny and sweet and perfect.  Ataiya is doing great and is such a good mom, it's so fun to see.

It has been so fun watching Zariyah grow up.  She just makes me happy.  She has the best facial expressions and she has the best smile.  She let me hold her and gave me so many smiles, it was the best!

Caitlyn has been having fun at SUU.  She still has hard days and feels homesick, but she also has a lot of fun days.

She loves her room mates and has a lot of fun with them.

I love to hear about the fun things they do together.  They went to the homecoming football game and have been to some dances and campus activities.

Amarie and Caitlyn are having a great time together. They drove to Colorado City to see Polygamists' and ride a giant slide, ha!

Hallee made a ride for her stuffed animals after Lagoon. So cute!

Jackson's hair is so long right now. It looks so curly after his bath. Caitlyn is coming home for Fall break tomorrow and she loves his hair long, so I kept his hair long for her.

Wyatt and Eddie are in ballroom together. They had a dance last night that they had to get all dressed up for.

Wyatt is enjoying ballroom more and more.  His teacher wants him to take it again next semester, I think he is going to do that.  He has been practicing his break dance every day. It seemed like he was losing interest in it for a while, but he is very excited about it again.  He is pretty excited that he is winning more battles in class.
