While we were away

We were so grateful that Lindy was willing to come stay with the kids while we were gone.  She made sure they got up in the morning and took Hallee to school. Hallee loved having her here. She took Hallee and Wyatt to see Christmas lights one night. 

We talked to Hallee on Facetime a few times while we were there.  

Hallee had her Christmas choir concert while we were gone.  Lindy had a rehearsal that night so Jonah took Hallee. He even took a picture for me!

He also recorded it so we could see it when we got home.  Hallee and I had a good laugh when we watched the videos and Jonah turned the camera on himself during the concert to make faces, he can always make us laugh.

Nicole sent me a picture of the girls.  Hallee loves having Trinity in choir with her this year.

On Friday Wyatt and Eddie went to a ballroom dance for multiple middle schools.  Jonah picked him up from the dance and took Hallee and Wyatt over to Tiff's for the weekend. Lindy had a performance that weekend so Tiff was nice enough to take the kids for the weekend. Jonah loved having the house to himself all weekend.

Hallee and Wyatt were so excited to stay with the Barths! They had so much fun.  Hallee got to go to Tessa's gymnastic meet on Saturday.

Wyatt and Rockwell went sledding and sat in the hot tub.

They ended the night with a Dr. Pepper float. I told Tiff that Wyatt might never leave after a fun day like that.

Hallee and Wyatt were so excited to have a sleep over and go to church with them.  Tiff sent me pictures of them playing games.  I love how much the kids laugh when they are together!

I'm so grateful that Paul and Tiff took the kids and helped them have a great weekend.  Jonah picked them up Sunday evening.  We thought we got home Sunday morning, but we found right before we left that we didn't get home until Monday morning.  Lindy needed to get back so Jonah took care of things for us.  He was so cooperative and willing to help. He kept telling me to stop worrying and just go have fun. I'm so grateful for everyone who helped us so we could have this amazing trip!
