Life Lately

We had Sawyer over for a game night. It was really fun and we loved having her over, but it was so weird that Jonah wasn't there. 

Tiff has picked up Hallee a few times and brought her over to their house.  Hallee loves it and I appreciate it so much.

Hallee always has the best time with Tessa.

Hallee had the best time at girls camp.  She came home so happy.  She told me about all the ways Heavenly Father helped her and answered her prayers.  She said, "Everything I worried about didn't happen." It was so fun to hear.

I left work early to pick Hallee up from camp.  We realized we had the same outfits on. 

Wyatt went to FSY with Jacob at UVU.  He still hasn't told us a lot of details, but he loved it and had a great time.  He sent me a video of him breaking for the talent show. It was so fun to watch and the kids loved it. 

I went to Mel's one afternoon before we went to mom's.  Ataiya and the kids were there and I had so much fun holding Wesley.  He is adorable!

Mel and I visit mom together a lot.  It is nice to sit and visit and mom enjoys listening. We love to try and make her laugh.

Keith and I met Mel and Earl there one Saturday. The sons-in-law love mom so much and want to see her too.

After Keith found out he got the job at Tesla he decided to use some of his paid time off at Sunrun.  He took a few days off and helped Hallee paint her room.

She has been wanting to paint her room for a long time and begged for a room make-over for her birthday.  She picked out the color and it turned out great.  Keith said she worked hard!

I see dad a lot at mom's too.  I always love the chance to visit with him.

Caitlyn loves her grandpa.

Caitlyn wanted to see grandma so she came up while Keith and I were there.

This is so hard for Caitlyn.

It has been so hot in mom's room.  Caitlyn was fanning her with a card.

Liz brought in an air conditioner for the room. It makes it much more comfortable.  

On Sunday Caitlyn and I went to see mom again with Tiff, Tessa and Damon.  Damon did a great job of making grandma laugh with the fart button.

Mom sleeps a lot now. I'm glad for her sake that she can sleep.

Dad had fun looking at the frame with Tiff and the kids.  It was fun to hear him laugh at old memories.

I just can't imagine how hard this is for mom and dad.  They both got teary saying goodbye that day.

Caitlyn immediately comforted grandpa. 

Mom started to cry when we were all leaving so Mel stayed with her until she fell asleep. Mel said mom was crying so Mel asked her if she wanted to say a prayer and after Mel prayed mom calmed down and went to sleep.  I was so grateful that Mel stayed with her. 

Hallee has had Trinity over a few times this summer. Last weekend Trinity's mom took Hallee and Trinity to a Disney concert in Park City.  Hallee had a great time!

Jackson is still living his best life sleeping with Wyatt.

Wyatt went fishing at Utah Lake with Bennett yesterday. He had a great time. He caught lots of white bass.  I was glad he didn't bring them home!
