Family Fun

My brothers came into town last week so we have been busy with lots of fun activities.  We started out with swimming, which is always a favorite.
Caitlyn was happy to see Lindy.
Jonah has been having fun playing rough with Jacob and Cody.
On Saturday my dad had a company picnic.  I guess his secretary was a little shocked when he told her the number that would be attending from our family!  It was a lot of fun.  They had a magician and other fun activities for the kids.  Caitlyn was picked to help during a lot of the show.  She loved it.  It was so hot that I just stayed in my seat and watched from a distance.  I felt bad I missed it, but Keith was there and took pictures and it was fun to have Caitlyn tell me all about it.
Caitlyn also did the pie eating contest. I was a little surprised that she did it.  She has really been trying hard to have a good attitude about everything and I think it has really helped her try and enjoy new things.
I don't think she liked the whipped cream up her nose!  Keith and I did a balloon toss and we were robbed of the prize.  We were the farthest apart, but another couple still had their balloon so they just gave it to them.  It brought out my competitiveness.
Wyatt found a dog and wouldn't stop petting him.  He would pet him and then make this cute face and laugh and jump up and down.  We had Wyatt skip his nap for the picnic and oh boy did we pay for it later.  He was a mess for the rest of the day and Sunday morning.  That boy needs his sleep.
He is a smart boy.  I told him no I wouldn't open his cotton candy so he went over to Keith and had him open it.  He loved eating all of the treats and playing on the play ground.  He also spent a lot of time looking through the prize box and taking whatever he wanted.
Jonah spent most of his time waiting in line for his balloon.  Caitlyn got hers without waiting in line because she was the helper.  Jonah had a great time sword fighting with his cousins.  It was a fun day, but oh my goodness it was hot.  I was so swollen and uncomfortable.  I stayed close to the air conditioning vents for the rest of the day.
