A couple of years ago we let Jonah hide Caitlyn's birthday presents and a tradition was born. They love to hide presents for the birthday kid!
Caitlyn had fun finding her presents. They were her presents from her siblings and her favorite breakfast cereal.
After she found those we sent her downstairs and pulled out her rip rider. I know she wasn't expecting it because she got spoiled this year. We got a really good deal on all of her presents so she got more than she usually does. We really don't have a set budget for birthdays, it kind of varies every year, but she definitely got spoiled this year.
She was one happy girl.
The kids had fun playing with it inside before we took it outside.
That night she requested crispy cheddar chicken and sour cream potatoes. My toughest customer by far, most of the time the kids choose hot dogs or something really easy.
That night Keith's parents came over to celebrate with us. Caitlyn loves spending time with her grandparents.
She was thrilled with the doll they brought her. We let the birthday child stay up with mom and dad on their birthday. She chose to style her doll's hair and play games with us. It was fun to spend that special time with her.
We used her new cake pop maker to make dessert for that night.
We had to use a few cake pops to fit the nine candles.
Hallee loved the cake pops!
