Getting Setteled

Last week we got a good snow storm.  Tiff went outside to shovel so Wyatt went out with them.  I went out and took a few pictures.  The boys had a blast.
I love seeing the kids have so much fun.
Wyatt and Rockwell helped Tiff shovel.  I was so sick while we were at Tiff's so I didn't help out at all.  I feel so bad, I was hoping to help out a lot and give Tiff a break.   I was also hoping to stay up and visit or play games while we were there, but I ended up going to bed early every night.  One of our last nights there Keith and I stayed up talking with Tiff and Paul.  It was a lot of fun.  Paul modeled his ugly sweater for us and gave us a good laugh, espeically when you added it to his bleached hair!
We closed on our new home last Thursday.  We anxiously waited all day Friday for it to fund and record so that we could move in.  We finally got word that we could move in around 4 PM.  We hired two moving guys to load and unload our storage shed.  That was the best money we ever spent!  They moved everything in so quickly and even got one of our pods unloaded.  I started unpacking while Keith and Jonah went and picked up the rest of our stuff from Tiff's.  The kids were so helpful.  Caitlyn helped me so much, which was great because I was so sick that night.  We got enough unloaded to stay over night and then Saturday morning some men in our ward came over and helped us unload the pods.  We spent Saturday unpacking and Keith and I had to go back to RC Willey because the sectional we picked out wouldn't fit down our stairs when they delivered it.  My mom came that night and helped with the kids and helped unpack.  We got most of our stuff unpacked on Saturday.  The kids were so excited to have all of their things back.  It was so nice to have a nice Sunday dinner in our new home.
It is hard to start over. We have had great experiences at church and school, but we all still feel a little homesick and miss everyone we lived close to, but we love our house!  There are so many things that I love about our house, the master bath is one of them.  I love our huge jetted tub!  Wyatt had fun taking a bath in there.  I love all of the closets, space and the overall open feel of the house.
I love our kitchen.  It is so much bigger than our last kitchen.  I loved having my sisters and their kids over today.  It was fun to show them our house and spend time with them.  I'm so sad about moving away from Mel, it is so hard not to be able to run over there really quick.
Tessa and Hallee had fun playing dress up today.  Hallee was so excited to unpack all of her toys.  She hugged them all and said, "oh, I've missed you."  I think she was most excited about her dress up, she has been in it non-stop since we unpacked it.
Jonah had fun making Damon smile today.
I also love that all of the kids have their own room.  I also love the toy room downstairs.  It is so great to have an extra room for toys.  Wyatt and Hallee have had a lot of fun playing down there.  Their favorite thing right now is coloring.
Moving is so expensive.  We have spent a lot of money, I feel friviouls, but it is a lot of fun too!  Keith went and picked up this TV last night. He has been wanting one for a while.  We got a new secitonal for downstairs, so it will be nice to have a nice TV to go with it. Keith works so hard, I'm glad we were able to get this TV, he loves it!  It feel so great to be out of transition.  We are pretty much settled into our house, we have a couple of boxes left, but that is it.  It feels so good to be setteled and permanent again.  I feel like we have been in transtion for ever.  We have been planning this move since September and packing since October, so it feels great to be unpacked and in our home!  Now I need to try and get feeling better.  I have been so sick for over a week now.  I feel like I am finally starting to get better, but I still have a ways to go.
