We were all excited for Sidewalk of Fire after we saw how great it was last year. This year we invited Mel and Tiff to come along. The boys loved this football throw.
Tessa and Hallee loved getting their faces painted.
The kids were excited to see Cosmo there this year!
Balloons are always a hit. Keith was awesome and worked all night handing out popcorn and cotton candy while I took the kids around.
They had some Lego Batman characters too. They really pulled out all of the stops this year.
Caitlyn loved having Amarie and Ataiya there.
Jonah was so excited for the eating contest. He came in 4th place.
Caitlyn wanted to do the eating contest too.
I really do love where we live. I'm still in awe that people would put something like this together every year. After we did the carnival games and the eating contest they had music and dancing until 10 PM when they started the fireworks. Hallee and Tessa were dancing and it was adorable. It was too dark to get a good picture, but I sure loved watching them dance. Rockwell and Wyatt danced too. It is such a fun atmosphere.
I waited until dark to take a group picture, so it didn't turn out great. It was so fun to have my sisters there with us.
Bro. Mitchell did a flag ceremony for us. He did a great job and I learned some new things. I love this country and I love honoring the flag and those that have fought for our freedom.
The firework show was amazing. I can't imagine how much money they spent on the fireworks, it was thirty minutes long. It was so fun. We are already looking forward to next year.

That is an amazing neighborhood party! It looks like so much fun! I'm glad you and the family got to enjoy it together! I just wish I could have seen the kids dancing!
