We loved having two straight weeks with Lori, Cody and Elena. Lori and I would get up and walk on the river trail every morning while she was here, I loved that! They would go visit Lori's family during the day and get home in the evening. We loved having them here.
Dante slept over Sunday night. The boys had fun laughing and playing video games together.
Amarie stayed over Friday night. These three surprised us all when we found out that they had smashed a watermelon that they found in the river while we were in South Fork. Caitlyn said it had been there since the last time we were there and Elena had seen something on a show about kids smashing a watermelon and somehow they did it without thinking and ended up feeling bad and embarrassed. We all laughed because these three girls are such rule followers and the farthest thing from trouble makers!
Caitlyn and Elena love to go to the Dollar store. I took them one night and they bought balloons and put flour in them and decided that they could sell them. They talked Keith into taking them back later that night for more supplies. They made them with rice, orbies and flour. They tried shaving cream and that didn't work.
They auctioned them off and my kids all spent a lot of money on the balloons. Caitlyn is sweet and ended up giving them their money back.
On Friday we all went swimming at the Provo Rec.
The older kids were all over the place so I only got pictures of the little ones in the pool.
They all had a great time going on slides, playing in the wave pool and playing on the play ground in the pool.
I love when Damon wants me to help him or play with him.
The wave pool was much warmer than the kiddie pool!
The kids had fun with the tubes.
Hallee had fun visiting with grandma when she was finished swimming.
